Horizon Health is seeking a full-time Risk and Compliance Coordinator. The Risk and Compliance Coordinator provides administrative, operational and organizational support to the Compliance Department and Horizon Health. This role is essential to support organizational efforts related to Risk Management, OSHA, Emergency Preparedness, and Compliance. Successful candidates for the Risk and Compliance Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. *This position can be remote eligible for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and coordination of OSHA efforts and serve as the OSHA Committee Coordinator.
  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing Incident Management to ensure accurate documentation and investigation of reported incidents and compliance concerns.
  • Collaborate with care teams during team meetings, huddles and staff meetings as an active, positive participant of clinic team.
